Our focus on society has led us to the formation of MK Foundation, a charitable trust established in 2019 to support the underprivileged sections of society. MK Foundation along with MK Sparsh, a voluntary committee of our employees work relentlessly on the implementation of our social impact programs.
Our Focus & Impact
Various charitable initiatives taken by our team demonstrate the significant and enthusiastic levels of employee engagement and willingness to bring a positive change. Several international and local organizations, selected by the CSR committee, are benefactors of these efforts. MK Foundation and MK Sparsh have been instrumental in making a difference in the areas of education, gender equality, women empowerment, eradication of hunger and poverty and, safeguarding the environment.
OUTREACH
We partner with international and local non-profit organizations for our outreach programs.
Our focus is on areas like women empowerment, health, and education for the groups in need. Our team identifies areas and projects where we can make maximum impact.
EDUCATION
Another key area of focus for our CSR team is towards providing quality education to underprivileged children.
Our team designs programs where they reach children living in orphanages with book donations, school supplies, and other focus programs.
ENVIRONMENT
At MK, we try to keep environmental sustainability at the center of all our activities.
We try to bring a positive impact by bringing crucial changes to our daily activities. Like the usage of reusable cups, paperless processes, and carpooling for commutes.
Projects Supported
Under our Mission “Aao Chalo School Chale Hum”, in collaboration with our NGO partner Jijeevisha the humanity, we inaugurated our own education center in 2022 to provide free education to underprivileged children in Seemapuri Delhi, which is one of the biggest ragpickers’ slum in the city. Without education these children have no shot at breaking the vicious cycle of poverty and building a brighter future for themselves and their families. What started as a small initiative has now grown into a center which has 90 students of all age groups. Most of these kids had little to no education but with our efforts they have come a long way. We not only teach them at our center but also get them admitted to schools for well-rounded education. Apart from teaching these children, we counsel their families and provide whatever support we can in ensuring that the children have the right environment at home too.
In collaboration with NGO partner Leela’s Place Foundation we provide a happy, loving and nurturing home for emotionally broken and physically abused dogs. There are multiple expenses to take care of for these fur babies, ranging from rent of the shelter to food, veterinarian’s fees, care taker’s salaries etc..We give the financial support to meet these needs to the best of our ability so that no dogs suffer.
Through our partnership with Days for Girls International, MK is advocating gender equality and giving hundreds of females all over India a level playing field so that they are not disadvantaged simply because of their gender. This is in line with our company values—what matters most within our walls is the ability, which is crucial to providing equal opportunities for all. Our Days for Girls program provides sustainable and environment-friendly menstrual hygiene products along with health education to underprivileged women and girls. Our goal is ‘Menstrual equity. Everywhere. Period.’
Children belonging to the poor economic strata run a high risk of getting dropped out of school in the aftermath of Covid-19. Hence, in collaboration with Samarpann NGO, we are ensuring that the basic necessities of education are taken care of and children are not forced into daily wage or agricultural activities. We have provided educational material in the form of ‘Adhyayan Kit’ (School bag, 6 notebooks, stationery, drawing books, color pencils/crayons) to the children studying in government schools in Rajasthan, which will take care of their educational needs for a year.
The Earth Saviours Foundation is an Internationally recognized NGO, situated in Gurugram, Haryana India. MattsenKumar has donated hospital beds for the homeless for its new shelter home at Mandawar Village, Gurugram which will accommodate around two thousand abandoned senior citizens and people with
disabilities.
In collaboration with IamGurgaon, MK is helping maintain the Chakkarpur-Wazirabad bund which they have restored into a Greenspace cutting right across Gurgaon. This would quickly regress unless continuously maintained and protected. With manpower of 29 caretakers, and monetary support this piece of priceless greenery is being maintained.

Way Forward
Within both Delhi NCR and Jaipur regions, we’ve started by reaching out to small to mid-size slums, schools for economically marginalized children, displaced population, etc. and we’re growing at the pace that our passion and willingness determines.
Of course, our primary mission is to deliver exceptional service to our clients. That pays the bills. But we also want to capitalize on a spirit that exists within our walls – a “mojo” that requires working hard, but also stresses finding time to not only “play hard” and celebrate successes….but also to give back.
