We are headquartered in Oregon, USA and has offices in Gurgaon and Jaipur in India.
For more than 15 years, MattsenKumar has been a pioneer in establishing and transforming contact center operations for leading organizations across the globe. With over 13 years of providing third party quality monitoring through our exclusive partnership with HyperQuality (an Avaya company now), quality has always been in our DNA.
