History of MattsenKumar.
Here is how we evolved into a specialized contact center operations transformation organization.

  • 2002 : HyperQuality was founded by Mike Mattsen and Howard Lee. Aarati Kumar was HyperQuality’s first India Country Head.
  • 2010 : Mike Mattsen left HQ to form “MattsenKumar” and helped companies launch offshore operations and also managed the COPC India sales and fulfilment.
  • 2012 : HyperQuality hired Mike Mattsen back to be President via MattsenKumar.
  • 2014 – Current : HyperQuality sold the India operations to MattsenKumar and all their India employees became part of MK. MattsenKumar is “exclusive service provider” for all HQ work as part of the transaction till 2021. MK provides end to end sales and service delivery support for all HQ clients, with traditional “Quality Services” being provided via the HQ “brand”.

    MK provides a wide array of contact center management, back office operations, analytics services and technology products under MK brand.
