Mike Mattsen brings over 25 years of direct BPO executive leadership. He has opened, managed & helped expand several thousand seat BPO operations throughout Americas and Asia.
He has built and managed inbound, outbound and back office outsourcer teams that provide sales, service, tech, and various complex processes for a variety of Fortune 500 clients.
Aarati Kumar has over 26 years of experience across various domains. She is one of the first female international BPO general managers across all of Asia and has held various leadership roles.
In addition to wearing many hats, she has launched two widely successful start-ups from ground zero in this market and is the go to person for any outsourcing solutions.
Gaurav Rai is a quality enthusiast with over 15 years of experience in the process improvement & process re-engineering domain. He graduated as a software engineer and started his career as an application developer on Linux platform (Also teaching computer architecture and Linux to college graduates part time). He currently heads the Innovation & Strategy group at MattsenKumar and is responsible for driving value for clients using advanced analytics.
Vivek Anand is an engineering graduate and a certified six sigma black belt. He has been a practitioner of program management, lean, six sigma principles & methodologies with over 16 years of experience in operations, process improvement, change management, & program management. He has worked as both an internal & external consultant across industries like manufacturing, telecom, BPO, consulting, and across geographies like India, USA & India.
With more than 12years of experience in Human Resources and Management, Sonali has extensive hands-on experience leading diverse HR initiatives including policy design, compensation & performance management, recruiting, training and benefits admin.
Sudipto is a 14 + years veteran of MattsenKumar and has managed service delivery for several of our Quality as well as traditional BPO customers. Through his tenure, he has worked closely with multiple fortune 500 clients and has been exposed to a variety of operational models and best practices across a range of industries which helps him bring in out of box solutions. He also supports the Sales team in drafting operational models and budgets for new prospect clients.
Tapashya is a Six Sigma Green Belt practitioner with 15 years of experience in managing operations for Quality domain and various Client Management dynamics. She believes in quality work and drives every factor carefully ensuring desired result is achieved with perfection and efficiency. She is a strong believer of team work and her success mantra is always being “solution oriented” for fixing every problem.
Rudraksh Singh Parmar
Rudraksh Parmar is an MBA in operations management with over 15 years of experience in operations management and transactional quality. He has setup multiple BPO programs (offshore, nearshore, bilingual etc.) from end to end and has managed accounts under varied domains like BFSI, payment and trades, collections/recoveries, financial services, mortgage, PLCC sales, customer service, retention and technical sales & support .
Rahul is a dynamic Technology Leader with strong business acumen having over 23 years of experience across many Industries ranging from IT Service to Manufacturing, BPO, Financial Services and eCommerce. Over the years he has created many Innovative solution bringing in efficiency and robustness to business.
With 17+ years of experience in the industry, Megha has hands on expertise with Client Services for more than 15+ years. Through her tenure she has worked with multiple clients and specializes in ensuring consistent ROI and client delight. She also supports the Implementation function within the client life cycle at MattsenKumar.
Pankaj Molasi is a black belt certified professional with an overall BPO experience of over 15 years and a total experience of 18 years in the aviation, sales, & education sector. He has managed different verticals during his tenure in the BPO industry like technology, energy, education etc. He has an extensive experience of service delivery management for e-commerce giants and has worked on many multi-dimensional process improvement projects.
