In 2020, women’s participation in global workplaces decreased to 46.9% from 51.0% in 1990. While the government and varied agencies continue to fight gender inequality on all fronts, some women have risen to the top irrespective of all the challenges and biases.

Customer experience management is one domain where we find more females leading from the front. Be it their emotional intelligence or exceptional analytical skills that help them understand the customer and their needs better, women are excelling in the field of customer experience and it is a joyous thing to witness.
