Sr. Manager / Director of Sales
The candidate selected will help build and be responsible for implementing an India sales strategy for one of the leading (and award winning) workforce management recruitment products serving Fortune 1000 clients today. This position will be directly responsible for meeting and exceeding sales quotas with no cap on potential earnings. Proven successful enterprise sales experience and a wide network of contacts in the domestic BPO customer service industry will be instrumental in creating initial traction.
An established sales "closer" who is self driven and capable of working independently, the successful candidate will need to effectively network at the highest levels of HR and Operations leadership within the top 500+ India Service companies. Experience creating and executing tactical sales plans and developing ROI based marketing initiatives will also ensure success.
This position will help develop the sales plan and strategy for India and later be part of the core team for APAC region once traction in India market is achieved.
- Continuous high-level, executive contact with end-user accounts and focus on the establishment and maintenance of long-term strategic relationships;
- Provisioning of timely and detailed information on market needs, buying trends and competitive information;
- Willingness to work with international teams in multiple time zones -- substantial domestic travel coupled with some international travel, as needed
Attractive base salary plus commission with no cap on earnings
Delhi NCR based. (Office in Gurgaon but must be mobile)
